Premenopausal 51 years old fsh was 1.8 ultrasound showed 3 fibroids and 12 mm endrometrium left ovary 1.6 by 3.5 by 1.6 right is 2.6 by 1.9 by 1.6 free fluid none and adnexa normal what does this all mean?

Not in menopause: FSH level suggests you are not in menopause, yet. Sonogram findings are likely normal, fibroids are very common, no issue unless growing. You still need to have cycles periodically to shed excess uterine lining, either from you own ovulation, or with progesterone withdrawal treatments
