Did an ultrasound that showed 5.2 x 3.7 cm intramural fibroid, 7.1 x 5.7 cm fundal & 6.8 cm submucosal. my periods last 7 days, heavy and painful. endometrium is distorted & measures 7 mm in ap thickness, what are my options in moving forward?

Fibroids: You will need to discuss in detail with an Obgyn one on one either through healthtap or in person. Options will vary depending on your fertility plans. The submucosal one is likely the one causing the most problems. It could be removed through hysteroscopic surgery. You may consider a myomectomy to remove all at once but this is a bigger surgery. Acessa is a minimally invasive option for some.
