I'm 62. i've had had post menopausal bleeding for years. i've had 3 d&cs. due to thickened uterine lining. the last one removed polyp and fibroid. i've had bleeding again but ultrasound showed normal. what now?

Hormonal imbalance.: Postmenopausal bleeding because of endometrial hyperplasia can be frustrating. At root is the imbalance of the hormones Estrogen and Progesterone. As your body reduces hormone production post menopausal, it may not affect all hormones the same. A low level of progesterone relative to estrogen can cause bleeding. Be persistent and follow up with your Gyn Dr for treatment and recommendations.
