Had a ct done told i have one 22cm fibroid tumor on uterus about a month later had transvaginal ultrasound and told it was multiple tumors about 9 cm is this possible? in no pain should i do anything?

Yes: Transvaginal sonogram can not see 22 cm fibroid, too large to see from vagina large fibroid should be removed surgically pain or no pain it can cause bleeding problems and infertility, pressure symptoms on bladder, rctum ureters causing swollen kidneys.

Yes possible: Some times will have multiple fibroids as seen in different way as done in your case, if a symptomatic could be left alone by regular observation , and for other diseases. Speak to your gyn doctor.
