Mass: Not real common in your age group. Maybe not missed if small or not present to examiner at the time. Should have bx with or without ultrasound. Red flags are size greater than 3 cm, rapid growth, pain, facial nerve dysfunction, mass in deep lobe or far anterior. parotid masses generally 80% benign
