I have a lymph node measuring .75 cm x 2.63cm wighin the superficial part of the right parotid gland from mri. having a biopsy, any thoughts?

Your surgeon says: Ask your surgeon what is causing it to enlarge , most common benign parotid ( mixed tumor or pleomorphic adenoma ) may present like that way also, then entire superficial lobe of parotid need to be removed by a surgeon who is familiar with this type of surgery , to prevent facial nerve injury
