Your surgeon says: Ask your surgeon what is causing it to enlarge , most common benign parotid ( mixed tumor or pleomorphic adenoma ) may present like that way also, then entire superficial lobe of parotid need to be removed by a surgeon who is familiar with this type of surgery , to prevent facial nerve injury
