Dont worry: leakage will stop rarely need re-exploration . Pleomorphic adenoma salsa know as ' mixed tumor' will not recur if completely removed Most of the time superficial lob is invoked .

Fistula: It sounds like you have a salivary fistula which is a rare complication of partial parotidectomy.Usually will close spontaneously in a few weeks and very rarely persists for months or chronically.However,since you are "fresh post-op"only a few days after surgery,PLEASE call the surgeon and make sure s/he sees you. Get well soon
