See ENT: Bilateral parotid enlargement could be from diabetes, liver disease, cirrhosis, hiv, anorexia, bulimia, protein calorie malnutrition, fatty infiltration, or autoimmune disease. An enlarged thyroid could be from autoimmune thyroid inflammation. Warthins tumors can be bilateral. Need to have this evaluated.

See physician: If the lesions are painful, you need to have them biopsied by an oral surgeon. Enlarged thyroid can mean it's hyperactive. See physician for evaluation.
