Need an indication: Since most uterine fibroids are benign and are often asymptomatic, there may be no indication for seeking treatment or looking for "option to save your uterus". If you are in pain or are very concerned, consult a knowledgeable Gyn and an experienced laparoscopic surgeon regarding the risks/benefits of medical treatments versus those of a simple myomectomy or a fibroid electrocoagulation.
