I have a 92 mm x 82 mm x 90 mm intramural fibroid at fundus of uterus. is this a size and location which could cause hydronephrosis or flank pain due?

Fundal fibroid: Fibroid tumors (3-4 inches in diameter) can cause occasional pain in either "flank", especially with intestinal fullness or exercise, but hydronephrosis (compression of one or both ureters to cause backup of urine in the kidneys is unlikely. After menopause, fibroids rapidly decrease in size, and rarely then cause any symptoms at all.
