I have 3 fibroid outside the uterus wall .the biggest is 8cm , other 2 are, 5x5 .(belly look like 5mnth preg)what kind of myomectomy surg shld i have?

Abdominal.: Do not try to remove these fibroids laparoscopically; you need exploratory laparotomy and myomectomy (and probably cesarean section for all subsequent pregnancies). Your gynecologist should be able to provide additional information.
