On my last day of tamiflu. my throat is starting to hurt a little bit again and i am worried for strep bc many have it in my dorm. can i start my zpac?

Only if doc approves: "Starting to hurt a little" isn't likely to be a strep throat, and neither azithromycin (Z-pak) nor any other antibiotic should be taken unless and until you have confirmed strep or other bacterial infection. Don't take it unless and until prescribed or recommended by your doctor. Having had Tamiflu shouldn't have anything to do with this decision one way or the other.
