No: Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is an antiviral. If you are correct and is strep, need an antibiotic (in addition). Need to see your dr or urgent care for exam +/- strep test & likely abx rx.

Throat culture need: No, you must take a throat culture to confirm the presence of a strep throat. Adeno viruses can cause your same symptoms but tamiflu (oseltamivir) won't treat that either.
