Not clear: Speak to her cardiologist. This is an echocardiographic diagnosis and may have absolutely no clinical significance whatsoever. You are looking at shadows and trying to interpret the meaning of fleeting shadows. This is tricky business. Ask her if there is any family history of heart disease on her mother's or father's side of the family. That would be more relevant than a whispy shadow.
