Cp: Right sided chest pain unlikely to be heart related. Already echo, ekg, upper GI are normal. Hence we may have to look for other causes such as musculoskeletal, gall bladder, esophageal spasms etc.

Gallbladder? : Might be a gallbladder issue, can be costochondritis. Get abdominal ultrasound.

Sometimes (rarely) my heart kinda feels like it flutters or skips a beat. I have a lot of gi issues which included chest tightness so Ive had bloodwork, ekgs & an echo a couple years ago & it was normal. Is it possible this is just gi related?
Clear EKG (6 times), Chest Xray, Echo, Stress Test, Endoscopy (small ulcer), Ultrasound - Still chest pain and shortness of breath, even hard to sleep. Worried it is still my heart. Lungs sound good. Really just tired of all pain.
