Complex: Your 2DE is showing enlarged chambers, left atrium and right atrium. You have high normal pressure in the lung. The information given doesn't explain the reason for the LAE. ThIs happens due a reason. Suggest make an appt with a heart doc and discuss these findings. You should see a heart doc and address this. Best of luck
