Complicated question: The answer depends on the symptoms that the patient is experiencing, their medical history & condition (including knowledge of what medications the patient was taking), the RV systolic pressure (RVSP), & the "working differential" diagnosis. Unfortunately, this isn't the best forum to discuss. Use HealthTap Prime or relay to Cardiologist. Echo alone cannot diagnose- must interpret in context. GL.
