A member asked:

I refuse to call myself depressed, but i'm very apathetic. i can't remember a time i was passionate about. would a therapist be helpful?

Worth a try: Apathy and lack of passion are parts of depression. You do not have to be in serious trouble to be suffering from a low level depression. See a therapist and try to see what can be done to help you feel better.
