About

Bio

I have been a family physician for 20 years. I have worked in private practice, in hospital medicine and in public health. I love helping patients take control of their health and develop healthier lifestyles. I believe that patients have a right to excellent medical care and accurate understandable information about their conditions. I am now retired from full-time practice. I volunteer at the free clinic in town and teach western medicine classes to acupuncture students.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
