Getting better: Finding trigger may not be important towards getting better. It is better to be open-minded and try different ways to get better. Don't be too harsh on yourself and don't try too hard.

See below: Address that point with you therapist. Unless, it's something that talked about, therapist cannot read your mind. Basically, finding out triggers is like looking for patterns -- keep diary of the events -- what happened, how you felt before the event, how did the event make you feel; what helped you deal with the feelings and what didn't.
