Anxiety & Depression: Anxiety & depression can occur together in the same person. Also, chronic anxiety with no relief can lead to depression. Some of the ways people try to medicate themselves for anxiety (alcohol, marijuana, etc) can lead to depression. Antidepressants like celexa, zoloft, (sertraline) and others can help anxiety. Sounds like seeing a therapist would be good idea for u -- and if suicidal, it's an emergency.

Anxiety/depression: Anxiety and depression many times go hand in hand. Constant anxiety makes you feel depressed and chronic depression causes one to feel anxious. When the symptoms interfere with your daily life it is time to seek help. If there are no services locally or you are concerned about stigma, you can also find qualified therapists online. Just make sure an online therapist has the right credentials.
