Self-harm is a: non-productive way to distract from thoughts and feelings we do not like. It makes matters worse. Please continue to see your doc and your therapist. Replace self-harm thoughts w/other thoughts and behaviors such as walking, reading, cooking, listening to music, etc. Peace and good health.
