Depression: I'm sorry to hear that. Depression is an awful affliction and can be difficult to deal with. If you feel like you have no options then you can go to the ER. But overall the treatment for depression is longitudinal, meaning it is a process that can take a long time to deal with. I would urge you to seek out a therapist that you feel comfortable with. They can explore if medication is an option
