Behavior therapy: Hi, best to consult your prescribing physician. Medication should have been tapered very slowly, and if symptoms return, most people do well when they are restarted. Bear in mind that the risk of relapse is much lower if you learn to use behavior therapy techniques while you are doing well on meds. Recommend that you find a therapist with expertise in OCD to work with when you restart. Best

Yes: If you were stable on Zoloft and now have a complete return of symptoms after stopping it, this sounds like a relapse. Please talk with your doctor about your symptoms. Depending on the reason for stopping Zoloft, options might be to restart Zoloft, start a similar medication and/or start a course of cognitive behavioral therapy. I hope this helps.
