I am diagnosed with severe ocd. doc put me on zoloft (sertraline) 300mg qd and anafranil 75mg od. my question is that, this is a normal dosage to tackle anxiety???

OCD: Use of higher doses of anti-depressants such as zoloft (sertraline) is effective for OCD. The Anafranil dose if moderate but could cause an interaction with the very high dose of zoloft (sertraline). Contact your doctor if you experience any side effects chills, diarrhea, muscle pain, excessive sweating, agitation.
