Convulsions: What you call convulsions are probably not technically convulsions, but it is unclear what they might be. (It is unusual for you to have a good result from those medicines at such a low dose.) Whatever they are, it is likely that an adjustment can be made. Contact the prescriber.

?Med interactions: Zoloft (sertraline) + Clomipramine can interact to increase Clomipramine blood level, which if high enough can lower the seizure threshold. While this is a rare side effect of Clomipramine, please discuss what you're calling "convulsions" with prescribing doctor and ask what to do. I hope this helps.
