Brown is better: White rich is white since they have bleached off and scrapped off the fiber to give a nice bright color The true brown rice will have the husk and fiber rich which provide B complex vitamins and help your bowels

Yes: The husk/shell contains the most important nutrients/ vitamins and most of the fiber. This is why brown rice is healthier than white rice.
