I'd stop worrying: I'm familiar with these concerns and I think they're silly. Arsenic is all over the environment. Rice grows in flooded fields and this may be why it takes up more arsenic. The claims that arsenic in rice may be causing 4 extra deaths out of 100,000 people are based on dubious linear-risk claims ("I have a 1% chance of drowning in an inch of water"). Boil your rice and enjoy it.
