I am Dr Vythi Alagappan . I am trained and experienced from India, England and the USA. I have four different post graduate qualifications from India in General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Respiratory Medicine.
I worked in England for 8 years and passed their MRCP( UK) -- Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom.
I came to the USA in 1995 and is fully Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1997.
I am one of 1147 Physicians in the entire country with a Board Certification in American Board of Obesity Medicine since December of 2014
I worked for the University of Rochester in the Department of Medicine for 15 years.
I am now an independent Solo Primary Care Provider in Avon, a suburb of Rochester , New York since June 2012. I own Hope internal medicine specializing in the state of the art primary care.
We belong to Strong ACO and has a care manager in site as a part of almost becoming a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home
