Hello. : Hello. One of the problems with not eating is that your metabolic rate will drop. Your body will go into a protective starvation mode. It will use less calories to get more done. Thus, your appetite will drop off because you don't need as many calories to get the job done. It becomes a vicious cycle. At this point, you likely have a low metabolic rate. Strongly recommend that even if you aren't hungry that you force yourself to eat. You might consider eating 6 small meals per day. You will need to this for a while (ensuring that your calories are increased) before your metabolic rate picks back up. You will need to eat to live rather than eating because of hunger. Take care.
