A colonscopy: would reveal the tapeworm. Also, a CBC with a high eosinophil count would be suspicious. What symptoms are you having?

Went to primary doc for symptoms of infection/possible cellulitis. Swollen groin lymph. Doc did bloodwork and came back with nucleated rbc of 87 cells/UL. Neutrophils 502. WBC 2.9. All other lab work is normal. Do I need a hospital? Next steps?
Thought I had a yeast infection & tried otcs for a month. Saw doc & was diagnosed with bv. Took antibiotic for seven days and symptoms cleared up internally. Still have periods of external burning. Does it take longer to heal or is it dermatological?
