Lymph node, salivary: Adjacent to the ear lobe is the parotid salivary gland and lymph nodes so the lump could be from one of these structures. Also can have skin cysts in this location. Suggest watching it and to see ENT if it gets bigger or if there is pain or tenderness to touch.
