Hello doc, a scan shows that outline of the left kidney is rough in the inferior portion. the doc said its infection but urine culture came out -ve?

Be more specific : "Rough in the inferior portion" is far from an appropriate medical interpretation of a scan. Please be more specific and clarify what the scan report states.
