Lexapro (escitalopram) 20mg is safe, right? it's what i'm prescribed. there is no qt issues at this dose? is celexa worse than lexapro (escitalopram) in that regard?

Lexapro (escitalopram) 20 mg is a: standard dose at which there are no significant QT interval issues. Generic is escitalopram. Citalopram has QT issues at 60 mg a day dose so maximum dose is 40 mg a day. Citalopram is not recommended for patients with: congenital long QT syndrome, bradycardia, hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia, recent MI, or uncompensated heart failure. Best regards.
