Went to take my lexapro (escitalopram) 20mg qd and was out. can i take my wife's celexa 20mg for one dose until i get my refill tomorrow?

Probably: These medications are not equivalent to each other ... Although chemically they're like a parent and child. That said, Lexapro (escitalopram) has a fairly long half life (about 30 hours), so it's probably safest to just skip 1 dose and resume it tomorrow when you have it refilled from the pharmacy.
