You must decide: "Worth" is always an opinion that only yours matters for. But you can get help in thinking about it in some talk therapy. The extra value is that whatever you decide, it will optimize the outcome. Research shows that. Each SSRI (etc) seems unique for each user, but they all have risks. Talk it through till you make a choice you can own based on good judgement.
