Serzone: is a novel new antidepressant which has a dual action on the serotonin synapse. Not only is this drug effective for clinical depression, it is also of particular benefit in combating sleep disturbances and the anxiety that so frequently coexists with depression. Although its side effects are similar to the SSRIs, they occur with less frequency.
