Was on celexa 10mg for 3 weeks for panic, worked well, stopped for 4 days, then put on lexapro (escitalopram) 20mg and now feel terrible after 3 weeks on lexapro (escitalopram)?

Change back: Lexapro (escitalopram) is known to have some significant side effects and some people just feel rotten on it. If you were well controlled and felt well on Celexa talk to your doc about changing back. Or try another SSRI if there was a reason you stopped Celexa
