Supplement only.: It's not harmful as long as you use it as a supplement only. Don't use that as a meal replacement, like for breakfast or lunch. Have your three real meals every day, and have one of those in between, say in the mid-afternoon. And if you're doing that to lose weight, you really should be exercising regularly as well.
