Good day. i am struggling with my weight. i am a regular eater but in the last 1-2 months i have lost about 5-6kg? i just don't seem to gain weight even if i try to take in more carbs etc.? i eat sweets, fatty foods, biltong etc, regularly.

Weight loss: A 13 pound or 6 KG weight loss over 4 to 8 weeks is significant if you are struggling to keep the weight on. If this is a pattern for you, it may be time for a medical workup to investigate the cause.
