Dieting: The secret of dieting is the combination of low calories ( 1500 calories/day) combined with regular moderate cardiovascular exercise. The right diet is one that is high in protein (60% of the calories) and low in fats and sugars. Carbohydrates should be around 25% of the diet. In a 1500 calorie diet that would 375 calories or 90 grams of carbs in a day.
