Took lexapro (escitalopram) 10mg 2 yrs ago for anxiety at 7pm. worked great after 2 wks. started again at 7pm 3 wks ago, feel better but sleep is shallow. advice?

Anxiety: I understand your concern about shallow sleep. Per your information, you have Anxiety, lower abdominal bloating/distension, and taking Lexapro, Xanax (alprazolam) and Zantac. Lexapro can cause anxiety, insomnia and GI symptoms. Zantac is used to decrease acidity in stomach which can be due to stress causing anxiety. See a Psychiatrist for diagnosis, benefits and side effects of medication, dose; and Therapy.
