Lexapro (escitalopram) ; alcohol: Anti-depressants and alcohol is a no win combination. The combo may cause worsening brain inhibition and result in major adverse outcomes including death. You will need to talk to your doc about starting another medication or adjusting the one (s) you're on already to get the relief of your symptoms.

Drinking alcohol and taking Lexapro (escitalopram) is not recommended, but if you decide to drink, consider the potential health consequences.
