Second day of lexapro, (escitalopram) 5 mg, severe anxiety, headache, can't sleep, wake up very anxious when i try, tinnitus, sweating, dizzy. help please?

Tell the doctor that prescribed this Lexapro (escitalopram) about the symptoms and if the headache gets worse - go to the Emergency 'Room. Usually, stopping the medication will relieve the symptoms after a day or two. Antidepressants may not be for you.
