Stop Medication: If you are having these symptoms from Lexapro (escitalopram), (escitalopram) it could well be that you are having a well known side effect from the medication and you should stop it. Tell the doctor that prescribed this Lexapro (escitalopram) about the symptoms and if the headache gets worse - go to the Emergency 'Room. Usually, stopping the medication will relieve the symptoms after a day or two. Antidepressants may not be for you.
