I am allergic to lexapro, (escitalopram) does that mean i'd be allergic to any ssri? need help with anxiety and sleep. anxiety is off the charts right now.

No, try others: there are lots of SSRIS to try and its very possible that you could tolerate and respond to the others. I would avoid celexa- its the parent compound of lexapro (escitalopram). Good luck with your search !
