Would not worry: While many people believe a healthy vitamin D level has to be >30, I and others believe that >20 is fine. Some people seem to get more of a boost in their D level from sun than others. You could take a vitamin D supplement of 600-1000 units per day to safely boost your D level a bit but I don't think it is necessary
