Vitamin D synthesis: is best in US in spring/summer. Even then wear as little as possible and be in sun for about 15-20 minutes daily. Get your Vitamin D3 level checked by doc and supplement is best for this country. The darker the skin the more the need. Peace and good health. Experts suggest a level of 50-80.
