Phosphatidylserine, acetyl-l-carnitine, bacopa, vinpocetine, ashwagandha, gingko, rhodiola, dmae, hydergine ; piracetam are all proven to help.As for diet, fish rich in dha like wild salmon ; sardines ; fruits/veggies of all colors are recommended.
