Depends: What is your level of fitness and metabolic rate? Meaning, the more you exercise, the more calorie intake you require. What is your phenotype; do you have ectomorphic, mesomorphic, or endomorphic tendencies? This may sound ridiculous, but all necessary to properly answer your question. Simply put, eat more protein, weight train, and do regular light cardio, 5-6 small meals per day.
