Echo results:concentric lvh w/ adeq systolic function, dilated left atrium, mild tricuspid reg, pulmonic reg. mixd plaques no stenosis found. pls expln.

More info: So i'm a little confused because an echocardiogram can't really see plaques. I can explain the concentric lvh: this means that the heart muscle is thickened; the most common reasons are because of longstanding high blood pressure or narrowing of the aortic valve.
